Every officer we deploy for workplace violence situations has been trained in verbal judo and de-escalation. The instinct to control a situation physically is easy. The skill to defuse one verbally is harder to develop and worth a lot more in an office environment.

We also coordinate with your HR and legal team in advance. How the termination is handled, what the sequence looks like, who is in the room, what happens if the situation escalates — all of it is mapped before the day arrives.
